Purpose of the competition:
The goal is to promote both beginner and advanced university volleyball while providing a competitive opportunity for those interested and committed to the sport. Additionally, the competition aims to assess the students' technical skills in volleyball.
Date of the competition:
From April 7th, 2025, every Monday at 8:00 PM and Wednesday 9 PM.

5000 HUF/team
Payment can be made to the organizers (Kristóf Ferencz, György Varga) no later than the team's first match.
Prizes:
The teams finishing in 1st to 3rd place will receive awards.
Additional information about participation:
- Participation in each match earns 2 physical education credits.
- We cannot provide a safe deposit service at the venue.
- By registering, all participants acknowledge that they take part in the event at their own risk and accept that the organizers do not take responsibility for any potential injuries or material damage occurring during the event.
- Male/female locker rooms will be available during the competition.
- If you don't have a team but would like to participate, please apply via the provided email address and mark yourself with the label "Looking for a team." If enough individuals sign up, we will help form them into a team or teams!
Competition Rules
- The tournament format will be determined based on the number of participating teams.
- A maximum of 20 minutes is allowed for warm-up before matches.
- Matches will be played until one team wins 2 sets.
- A set is played up to 25 points (if both teams reach at least 24 points, a team must win by a 2-point difference. Above 30 points, a "sudden death" rule applies, where one point is enough for victory).
- The final ranking will be determined based on the total points achieved.
- Male players may only perform attacking hits by jumping from outside the attacking zone. Inside the attacking zone, they must perform attacking hits with both feet on the ground. This restriction does not apply to tip shots, blocks, soft rolls, or attacks below the top level of the net. (The aim is to prevent injury, as is customary in mixed tournaments).
- Teams must consist of 6 players, with unlimited substitutions allowed during the match. At least 2 female players and 1 male player must be on the court at all times. A team may have a maximum of 10 members.
- No more than 2 matches will be played in one session.
- At least one referee (an organizer or a member of a team not involved in the game) and a scorekeeper will be present at each match.
- If a team does not show up at the scheduled time, the match will be awarded to the opponent with a 2-0 score.
- A second no-show will result in the team being disqualified from the tournament, and players from that team will not receive any physical education credits from the competition.
- Matches must be played at the scheduled time and place, with changes allowed only with written agreement from both teams and the approval of the organizing committee.
- A medical certificate is not required; players participate at their own risk.
- Beyond these rules, the 2022/2023 game rules of the Hungarian Volleyball Federation and the International Volleyball Rules apply.

Don’t forget, that the end of the semester is coming, so you have to collect AND upload the 20 signatures needed to complete the Physical Education course in PETE system (alairas.sport.uni-pannon.hu) until 13th December!
Signatures that are registered on a paper-based attendance sheets (e.g. International Folk-Dance Club, Tennis, Futsal University Tournament, etc.) will be added to signatures in the PETE system during the exam period. Please keep a record of your paper-based signatures until they are entered into our system!
IMPORTANT! After 13th December, everyone will have a "denied" status for the Physical Education subject in NEPTUN. We will process and validate the signatures during the exam period, we kindly ask for your patients.

Location: Jégcsarnok Veszprém (Kistó street, behind the Aldi, H-8200 Veszprém, Tüzér street) With the support of the VESC (Veszprémi Egyetemi Sport Club, Veszprém University Sports Club), the citizens of the University of Pannonia can use the service with a reduced entrance fee (11.000 HUF/10 times, 6.000 HUF/5 times). The discount can be requested at the VESC office (Egyetem street 10., Gymnastics Hall - VESC office) You can rent ice skate at the location for 500 HUF/person/hour if you don't have one. IMPORTANT: You can use the upper discounted passes ONLY in the indicated periods. You receive 1 PE signature/skating in case of using the discounted passes. Please hand in used passes to the Institute of Physical Education and Sport office during working hours at the end of the term or during the exam period in order to be approved for physical education signatures.

Join the scariest and most entertaining costume run of the year!
Location: 10 Egyetem Street, 8200 Veszprém, Institute of Physical Education and Sport, 8200 Veszprém, Hungary
Programme:
17:30: Registration, raffle, photo corner, pumpkin darts, face painting
18:00: Start
Route: from the Institute of Physical Education (Egyetem utca 10.) we head towards Acticity. We will then head towards the Laczkó Dezső Museum via Elisabeth Grove, from where we will visit the Calvary Hill of St. Nicholas of Szeged. From here we turn back towards our destination, the renewed sports fields of the lower campus. The total distance is approximately 1.5 km.
After the run, there will be a raffle and prizes for the most creative costumes, so come in costume!
18:30 To conclude the programme, we will take a group photo in 75 formations, illuminated in honour of the 75th anniversary of the University of Pannonia.
Participants will also receive 2 physical education signatures! Based on the attendance sheet, signatures will be uploaded to the PETE system afterwards.
Dress in layers for outdoor running, and bring a headlamp if you have one!
