- Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is unique from a musculoskeletal perspective because its primary goal is not to strengthen or work the muscles, but rather to stimulate the connective tissue system and the structures surrounding the joints through longer, more passive holds. This type of yoga does not involve vigorous physical movement; rather, it counteracts the effects of sedentary work, screen time, and constant mental strain, while also increasing body awareness, releasing tension, and shifting the nervous system into a parasympathetic state.

o Time: Monday, 4:15–5:15 p.m.

o Location: Building E, Pannon KözTér Project Room (E13)
