Real Vadrid wins the spring football home tournament at the University of Pannonia

The final match of the University of Pannonia's spring football home tournament took place on Monday evening at the artificial turf field located on the university’s upper campus. Over the course of the seven-week series, 12 teams and nearly 120 students took to the field week after week, demonstrating the tournament’s popularity and its power to build community. ⚽

Following a draw, the top four teams faced off in the semifinals. In the first match, Bunkerfoci secured a confident 2–0 victory over Niki Naka, a team composed of international students. On the other side, Real Vadrid defeated Köbányai FC 2–1 in a close match, setting the stage for the final and the bronze medal match.

In the match for third place, Köbányai FC secured a dominant 5–1 victory.

The final delivered a tightly contested battle throughout: Real Vadrid edged out Bunkerfoci with a 2–1 win, securing the championship title.
